I am a former prosecutor in Irvington,
New Jersey. I had responsibility for every type of municipal
court case, including criminal and DWI. When an attorney negotiates
with a prosecutor in court, an effective lawyer often uses knowledge
of the view point of the other side. Politics, organizational
objectives, individual psychology may affect the approach to
prosecuting the defendant. How the case proceeds and the effects
of said factors can be incorporated to protect clients’ cases.
I, as a former prosecutor in Irvington, New Jersey, am now on
the defense side. I maximize experience, knowledge, and instincts
