Are Repeat Clients or Come From Referrals
One way to measure client satisfaction is to see how many of
them come back to you. This concept can be applied to legal services.
Satisfied clients would come back to the same attorney when they
encounter a similar problem. I am honored that many of my clients
come back to me whenever they have legal issues. You can see

and other times they need an attorney. Some of my clients use
me for all the legal needs for their entire family. I have represented
family members from the same household. They are very happy that
I am their “family attorney”. I believe that having such an attorney-client
relationship shows a client’s high confidence in me. I am also
pleased that most of my clients come from referral either from
other attorneys who know about my legal skills and reputation,
or from my previous clients.
Some potential clients call me and say, “My friend told me that
you did a wonderful job for him.” Others say, “I heard from my
co-worker that you beat her DWI.” I am proud that my network
and reputation expanded and, I believe, will continue to expand
throughout New Jersey.
