After Trial
If found guilty of any charge
after trial, you will need to pay fines. Go to the court window
to pay fines. Some courts take credit cards, but not all courts
do, so make sure you bring your check book. Follow court staff’s
instruction. After paying fines, make sure to keep the records
or any kind of receipt. You may need it in the future. If you
pay fines in cash, you may want to give one receipt to your attorney
so that he or she can also keep a receipt copy in your file.
