Selecting an attorney is the
most important step in fighting a DWI/ DUI charge. The choice
of an attorney has a significant impact on a case. There are
a lot of choices in the market, but having such a large set of
choices can make it difficult for anyone to make a decision.
When charged with DWI/ DUI in New Jersey, the first court date
is scheduled quickly. Within such a short period of time, it
is even harder to make such an important decision, i.e., selecting
an attorney. I will explain what you, as a consumer and as a
client, can do in selecting your attorney.
