Motor Vehicle (MV) Charges in New Jersey

E. Possible Consequences of MV charges

Municipal Courts have discretion on imposing jail time and license suspension. Depending on the circumstances and defendant’s driving history, penalties will be determined by a court. You can go to jail, lose a license, pay surcharges to NJMVC, and pay fines to the court. Below are some examples, but each case varies. I urge you to contact this office to discuss your case.

Contact the New Jersey motor vehicle attorney Bartholomew Baffuto, Esq. for consultation.
