A. We
Defend in All 21 Counties in New Jersey
My main office is located in Manasquan, Monmouth County, NJ
at the Jersey Shore. Although my main office is in Central Jersey,
I take cases in all 21 counties in New Jersey. To see the list
of courts that I cover, visit New Jersey
Municipal Court List and New Jersey
Superior Court List. I have
won DWI cases all over New Jersey: from Bergen County to Cumberland
County. I am a former prosecutor in Irvington Township, Essex
County, NJ, now bringing my experience to the defense as a New
Jersey DWI attorney.
You may have heard that it is almost impossible to defend a
DWI in New Jersey, particularly the new instrument, an Alcotest
7110, but I do not agree. An
Alcotest 7110 is defensible. Since each case varies, I do
not guarantee any outcome for any individual case. However, you
as a consumer need to educate yourself in this field in order
to select the right New Jersey DWI attorney to understand the
real benefits of retaining one. Below are examples to
show what I have done as a top-level New Jersey DWI attorney.
As the NJ DUI lawyer that formulated the strategy for the defense
team in the recent Supreme
Court DWI litigation, I learned many of the limitations of
this new instrument. I would be honored to use the knowledge
and skill I gained in the Supreme Court of New Jersey to protect
your legal rights. My knowledge about alcohol detection instruments
and my defense skills are at top form. Only my clients get what
I have.

by the total number of clients who were charged with DWI. The
clients are those who retained this office after 2005. Each case
varies. Under any circumstance, we do NOT guarantee a successful
outcome in any individual case.
