This section is an overview of
various motor vehicle charges defined by the law in New Jersey.
For your convenience, I have divided the topics into separate
sections. The introduction aims to give you an idea on the point
system introduced by New Jersey, how a motor vehicle case is
likely to proceed, and the possible consequences of conviction.
